Registration Details

Registration for stodola is a two step process:

1. Account registration

  • Create an account on our website if you do not have one already. New accounts need to verify their email address using a link embedded in a verification email.
  • If you have an account already, simply sign in.
  • Your account and all of your achievements on it will remain valid until you request its deletion or the website's hosting expires.

2. Event registration

  • Once registration for a new event starts, you will be able to register for it using a button on the main page. If registration is open but the button does not appear on your screen, try refreshing it (F5 button on your keyboard).
  • Event registration has three steps: 
    1. Fill in your first and last name, date of birth, and nationality. Make sure to read the event rules and any other included notices. Agree that you have read all the rules by ticking a box and press "next" 
    2. Step two if all about your sona - its name, species, and a picture for your event badge.
    3. You can choose to be informed about the event by email and to be able to send and receive messages from other attendees, as well as personal data processing notices.

Be aware that registration approval is done manually and may take up to multiple days to be processed. It is however possible to edit your profile before your registration is approved  

Once your registration is approved, you have 14 days to pay the registration fee. Other services which require payment may be paid for later, but two months before the event goes live at the latest.
