Rules

1. Event & Organization

1.1. The event is of a relaxing, entertaining, and educational nature.
1.2. The event is organized by the Furrlounge & StodolaPlus team.
1.3. The event is not organized for the purpose of making a profit – the registration fee serves solely to cover the costs of the event..
1.4. In the case of a charity fundraiser, the association organizing it is the sole bearer of responsibility. The organizers bear responsibility for other types of donation drives.
1.5. Event sponsors are always listed on the event's website and grounds, same as the organizers and staff team. Due to GDPR, this information is only available to registered and approved attendees.
1.6. The event is organized as a private gathering of members of the furry community and is not of a commercial nature.


2. Registration, fees, and personal data

2.1. Attendance is only allowed to attendees who have registered, paid the registration fee, and have been approved.
2.2. The registration fee is valid only for a specific event and the event's duration.
2.3. The number of available registration slots is limited by the capacity of the event space.
2.4. Organizers reserve the right to deny a registration application or expel an attendee from the event grounds (see rules on attendee behavior), even without giving a reason.
2.5. Legal entities may not register for the event - only individuals are allowed registration.
2.6. Registation fees and sponsor donations are non-refundable. Registration may be transferred to a different individual after contacting organizers. Event organizers do not act as intermediaries in registration transfers or financial transactions between attendees. Individuals who have been denied registration by the organizers may not be the recipients of a transferred registration. 
2.7 .Personal data is only used to identify attendees during the registration process and in the case of further contact connected with the event. Personal data is not shared further (except in instances mandated by law).  See Personal data for more information.
2.8. The attendee is responsible for providing factual data. Providing incorrect data may lead to organizers denying their registration.


3. Sponsor package

3.1. You may add a sponsor donation along with the registration package.
3.2. Sponsor donations serve to cover the costs of organizing the event and the distribution of gift bags for sponsors.
3.3. Sponsors are divided into tiers by the amount of money gifted. We use sponsor donations to improve the quality of the event. 
3.4. Sponsor packages are non-refundable.


4. Attendee behavior

4.1. Attendees must wear the lanyard with their badge when inside the event grounds.
4.2. Alcohol may only be drunk by people of legal age and responsibly. Offering alcohol to minors will result in expulsion.
4.3. Narcotics and psychotropic substances are strictly forbidden at the event grounds. This ban also includes any type of weaponry. Exceptions can be made for Nerf blasters and cosplay / LARP accessories after consulting the organizers.
4.4. Smoking is allowed only at a outside area near the event grounds and attendees present in this space must follow the requests of organizers, such as in case of a furwalk through the area.
4.5. Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
4.6. Organizers and staff (red or purple badge holders) have the right to intervene in the case of attendees breaking rules. Attendees may be expelled without any compensation and barred from attending future events in case of a serious rule breach.
4.7. Respect fursuiters – be mindful of their safety and personal space. Avoid physical contact without clear and visible consent.
4.8. Report any and all instances of harassment, be it as a victim or a witness, to organizers or event staff (red or purple badge holders). 
4.9. The event is given a 15+ rating. Please abide this age rating with your behavior and dress code. This is not a NSFW event.


5. Recordings & media

5.1. Unauthorized recordings are generally not allowed, please consult organizers in case you would like to capture the event by yourself.
5.2. Members of the official media team can be identified by a wearable reflective accessory. 
5.3. Official recordings may be used by organizers for promotional purposes on the event's website and social accounts.


6. Activities and production

6.1. The activity schedule is managed by the organizers. A timetable for all planned activities will be published before the event begins.
6.2. Artist’s Alley is a separate part of the event grounds organized by the attending artists.
6.3. DJs and technical productions are part of the performance schedule, and changes without prior consultation with the organizers are not possible.
6.4. Light and smoke effects during some performances may cause nausea, attend at your own risk.
6.5. Competitions, such as Fursuit Dance Competition and Fursuit Dance Battle, follow separate rules which are to be announced by the organizers.


7. Solving problems

7.1. Questions and problems concerning the events are to be sent by written form, ideally by the contact for on the event's website.
7.2. Contact organizers or event staff (red or purple badge holders) in case of any inappropriate or suspicious behavior during the event.
7.3. Organizers reserve the right to solve each issue individually based on fair treatment of all attendees.
7.4. Reasons behind expelling an attendee may be both verbal and physical harassment and creating a hostile atmosphere.
7.5. Organizers reserve the right to update these rules at any time.
